Ingredients
450g alterego cottage cheese
170g honey or maple syrup
5ml vanilla extract
240ml heavy cream or full-fat coconut milk (for dairy-free)
Optional
150g mixed berries or chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and heavy cream (or coconut milk). Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste the mixture and add more honey or maple syrup if you prefer it sweeter. Blend again briefly to mix.
  3. If using berries, chocolate chips, or other mix-ins, fold them gently into the mixture with a spatula.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
  5. Freeze for 4–6 hours, or until the ice cream is firm enough to scoop.
  6. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving to soften slightly
