High-protein pumpkin pancakes

Ingredients
100g eat alterego cottage cheese
40g oats
2 eggs
2 tbsp pumpkin purée
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin spice
maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Blend everything together just until combined
  2. Cook on low heat on both sides until golden brown
  3. Serve with blended alterego cottage cheese, cinnamon + maple syrup
