High-Protein Cottage Cheese Wrap

Ingredients
200g alterego cottage cheese
2 eggs
Optional
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Paprika
Salt
Cream cheese
Prosciutto
Tomatoes
Rocket
Grated parmesan
Balsamic glaze

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Add cottage cheese, eggs, and any seasoning to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the tray and spread it very thin into a wrap shape.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for 2–3 minutes.
  7. Flip onto a board and carefully peel off the parchment paper.
  8. Add your chosen fillings, roll up, and serve.
