Ingredients
240g alterego cottage cheese
15g cocoa powder
30ml maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Place the alterego cottage cheese, cocoa powder, and maple syrup in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer to a bowl or serving glasses and refrigerate for around 30 minutes to set.
  4. Serve chilled and enjoy.
