Ingredients
450g alterego cottage cheese
125g creamy peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter of your choice)
60ml maple syrup
10ml vanilla extract
300g almond flour
170g dark chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine the alterego cottage cheese, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a bowl. Stir in the almond flour until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Store the cookie dough in an airtight container in the fridge.
