High Protein Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients
1/2 cup alterego cottage cheese
2–3 tbsp cocoa powder
2–3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
2/3 cup almond flour

Directions:

  1. Blend the cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the blended cottage cheese to a bowl with cocoa powder and maple syrup, mix well.
  3. Stir in the almond flour until a soft dough forms.
  4. Chill for 20–30 minutes (use the freezer if it’s still too soft).
  5. Roll into balls, coat if desired, then chill for another 20 minutes before serving.
