High Protein Eggnog

Ingredients
1/2 cup alterego cottage cheese
1 cup milk
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a saucepan and heat gently on low, stirring continuously until silky and warmed through (do not boil).
  3. Pour into a mug and sprinkle with cinnamon.
