200g alterego cottage cheese

2–3 tbsp good-quality pesto

1 tbsp pine nuts

Directions:

Add cottage cheese and pesto to a bowl.
Stir until combined (leave slightly textured, or blend if you prefer smooth).
Transfer to a serving dish.
Top with pine nuts and an extra drizzle of pesto if desired.
