Raspberry Cheesecake Cottage Cheese Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
200g alterego cottage cheese
150g frozen raspberries
1 small frozen banana
50ml milk (add more if needed)
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
Optional
1 tbsp collagen

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and thick (use minimal milk to keep it spoonable).
  3. For an extra thick texture, freeze for 30 minutes, then re-blend.
  4. Alternatively, churn in a Ninja Creami on a lite ice cream setting.
  5. Serve immediately as a smoothie bowl.
