Strawberries & Cream Cottage Cheese Toast

Ingredients

200g alterego Cottage cheese

Strawberries

Honey

Sliced sourdough bread

Optional

Manuka honey, for drizzling

Directions:

Add strawberries, cottage cheese and honey to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Toast the sourdough slices.
Spread the strawberries and cream mixture over the toast.
Slice extra strawberries into heart shapes and place on top.
Drizzle with Manuka honey if desired.
Serve immediately.
